In the current period,the competition between enterprises is ultimately the competition of talents,which is determined by the core resources of the enterprise is human resources.From the perspective of the enterprise itself,if we want to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise,the first thing we need to do is to actively improve the quality of the employees,promote the significant improvement of the economic efficiency of the enterprise,and realize the implementation of the established strategic goals at the fastest speed.And carry out.Only by constructing a complete and scientific staff training system can we improve the overall quality of employees.It can be seen that a complete staff training system plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development of enterprises.This article starts from the existing training of JZ food enterprises,combines the research on the development status of domestic and foreign enterprise training,and uses the relevant theories of training and training system construction,such as training demand analysis theory,training effect evaluation theory,etc.,using questionnaires and interviews.Method,literature analysis method and chart analysis method,surveyed the employee structure and training status of JZ Food Company,and found that there is an imperfect training organization structure,an unreasonable training course structure,a single source of training teachers,and an analysis of training needs.The main reasons for problems such as lack of system and poor training effect evaluations are that companies do not pay attention to the training of grassroots employees.This paper analyzes these problems,puts forward the construction ideas and construction principles of the enterprise grassroots staff training system,conducts demand analysis around training,and develops detailed training plans and selects the most suitable ones.The company's training program is implemented and evaluated,the training effect is evaluated,the training instructor system is constructed,and the training course system is constructed.A basic staff training system for JZ food enterprises is reasonably constructed to solve the JZ food enterprise training in employees.Problems in the aspect.In order to ensure the smooth implementation and long-term development of JZ food enterprise grassroots staff training,this paper also proposes safeguard measures from four aspects:training system,training organization,training environment and training resources.This article proposes that with the continuous development of the enterprise,there has been a huge change in the objective environment.In order to enable the training of grass-roots employees in JZ food companies to better meet the relevant requirements of enterprise development,it is necessary to design and build a system for employee training to improve the enterprise.At the same time,it also hopes to provide reference for similar types of enterprises to carry out basic staff training.
