Study On The Spatial Difference Of Rural Residents' Consumption Structure In Shanxi Province

"Consumption" is a behavioral activity that human beings will implement at different stages of development.It is an important support for narrowing spatial differences and promoting regional coordinated development,and is an important strategic choice for the development of the national economy.As an important agricultural province in North China,Shanxi Province,through understanding the current situation of rural residents' consumption structure,conducts in-depth research on residents' consumption trends,consumer demand and consumption hotspots,not only can understand the changing trend of rural residents' consumption structure,but also grasp the current rural areas.The economic development situation provides a certain theoretical basis for the construction of a new rural area in Shanxi Province.Based on the theoretical research of consumption structure,this paper constructs a monitoring index system for rational consumption structure,and uses the entropy method to quantitatively analyze the consumption structure of rural residents in prefecture-level cities in Shanxi Province from the three subsystems of physiological,economic and social standards,and reveal the spatial differences.And explore the causes of the differences,and at the same time put forward targeted recommendations,which will have certain reference significance for expanding the consumer demand and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the consumption structure.study found that:(1)By selecting various consumption expenditure data of rural residents in prefecture-level cities of Shanxi Province from 2012 to 2016 and analyzing the spatial distribution of consumption structure,it can be found that: in all kinds of consumer spending,the proportion of food expenditure is the largest;the engel coefficient of rural residents all showed a trend of decreasing year by year;the food consumptionstructure of rural residents has been changed in Shanxi Province;farmers' food and clothing problems have been primarily solved;residents quality of life improved significantly;clothing,living and articles for daily using is generally decline,but the service consumer spending increased.They showed that the consumption structure of rural residents has been basically realize the transition from necessity to development-oriented consumption in Shanxi Province.(2)The spatial differences of consumption structure of rural residents is significant in Shanxi Province.It can be seen from the spatial distribution that the overall level of central Shanxi is relatively high,the internal differences between southern and southeastern of Shanxi are relatively balanced,and the comprehensive level of northern Shanxi is relatively low.From the distribution of prefecture-level cities,Taiyuan has the highest rationalization degree of consumption structure.Jinzhong city,Yuncheng city,Jincheng city,Linfen city,Changzhi city and Yangquan city have higher rationalization degree of consumption structure,which is only next to the provincial capital Taiyuan city.The rationalization degree of consumption structure in Datong and Shuozhou is in the middle level,and the rural residents' physiological needs and social life need to be improved.The rationalization of consumption structure in Lvliang city and Xinzhou city is at a low level in Shanxi Province due to the restrictions of terrain barriers,backward traffic and poor information exchange.From the evolution of differences,it can be seen that the evolution of the consumption structure of rural residents in prefecture-level cities in Shanxi Province from 2012 to 2016 is relatively stable,although it fluctuates somewhat.(3)Using ArcGIS software,the rationalization degree of consumption structure of rural residents in Shanxi Province is divided into four categories,namely: the highest level of consumption structure rationalization region,high,middle and lower areas,points out that the consumption structure of the space differences of obvious,at the same time,in-depth analysis of the differences in causes,from the natural geographical environment,economic development level,industrial structure,culture and education level and the consumption idea of five aspects,and finally to promotethe consumption structure of regional harmonious development puts forward four suggestions: first,promoting economic development,increasing the income of residents;second,improving infrastructure and changing the consumption environment;third,adjusting the industrial structure and increasing consumption channels;fourth,expanding investment in education and changing consumption concepts.
