It can reflect the level of consumption and consumer quality of a country or region.Researching on consumption structure is not only an important supplement to consumption theory, but also providing effective basis for policy making.Hebei province is a major agricultural province, and there is a large of rural population.Since the reform and opening up, the living level of rural residents is increased significantly, and the consumption structure is upgrading quickly. but it can be seen that the consumption structure of rural residents still exists a lot of problems.In the next few years.in order to allow rural residents to live a high quality of life,we must to pay attention to its consumption structure and using the scientific method to study the problems and factors of the rural residents’consumption structure.we must put forward rationalization Suggestions to promote the consumption structure upgrading. Only in those way,can we guide the rural residentsimproving consumption level and upgrading the consumption structure reasonably.This is not only to promote the building of a new socialist countryside, but also to complete comprehensive well-off society in the grand goal.First of all, I am analysing and summarizing the characteristics of rural residents’ consumption structure by the datas of rural residents’ consumption from1980to2012yeas in hebei province.Secondly, through the regression analysis and structure analysis,explores the overall trends and stage of the rural residents’ consumption structure in hebei province.According the consumption structure of rural residents,urban residents in Hebei province and the rural residents to analysis the problems and the influence factors. Finally, put forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the consumption structure of rural residents in Hebei province.
