Medium-sized traditional private enterprises face the severe challenge of human resource competition--without scale effect,administrative monopoly advantage and technical threshold,their attraction to talents is seriously insufficient.How to improve the training system to improve the technical level of existing personnel and enhance the sense of belonging and centripetal force of core technical personnel under the cost constraint of the enterprise instead of blindly introducing high-end talents to the outside world,is an important issue concerning the survival of such enterprises.This article to Beijing days figure design engineering co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as the day figure group)as the research object,using the questionnaire method and interview method,analyze the day figure group training system and research,on the basis of combining the theory of domestic and foreign existing training system,training model,to dig deeper into the existing system problems and reasons,and the corresponding optimized design of its training system.The research result of this article is: design a set of training system that conforms to the actual situation of tiantu group(" employee university " talent training plan).This system is divided into five aspects to investigate,analyze and propose solutions to the group.These five aspects are: training organization system,training project operation and implementation system,training course system,training lecturer system and training system.These five aspects include rearranging a whole set of training process,and designing specific training links such as screening and training of training instructors,preparation of courseware and making of class schedule,specific implementation of training,assessment mechanism of training and management of training files.Through this study,I hope to establish a systematic mechanism to solve the human resource training problems faced by the company,and take this as an opportunity to improve the overall competitiveness of the company.
