| With China’s economy gradually developing to the market and the world, more and more enterprise have realized that human resources are part of the important wealth of an enterprise and training is the most basic mode of human resource development. As far as the employees are concerned, training can help them excavate and make use of their own potentials and learn the newer knowledge and skills; as far as the enterprise is concerned, training can help the enterprise improve the working efficiency and economic benefits and earlier and quicker achieve the strategic objectives of the enterprise. However, a lot of enterprises, especially the State-owned enterprises pay no attention to the employees’ training. Some enterprises carry out training only for the sake of dealing with examination and they do not combine the employees’ training with the interests of the enterprise and individuals, so the training is not oriented or complete.Weihong Dongguang Company, whose predecessor is State-owned No. 793 Military Factory, with a history of 50 years of being engaged in the production and manufacturing of electric capacitors, is an enterprise under Changchun State-owned Assets Investment and Operation Co., Ltd. At present, the company is a State-owned enterprise. The company has no independent human resource department and its human resource department is under the comprehensive office. Before the human resource department was established, the company paid little attention to the employees’ training and input a few funds. It just arranged some training contents in order to deal with the upper level’s examination and there was no feedback mechanism or examination mechanism. The employees actually achieved little in the training and the employees’ true training demands were not fully met. It can be said that the employees’ training of Weihong Dongguang Company face serious problems.In this paper, on the basis of introducing the relevant theory of human resources, the employees’ training scheme design of Weihong Dongguang Company is taken as the object and some methods such as literature search, investigation and experience summary, etc. are adopted for analysis and research. The main research contents are as follows: first, the research background and importance of the paper are introduced to determine the research direction of the paper as a whole; after a lot of documents are consulted via the literature search, the relevant theory of human resources is introduced, making the employees’ training scheme design of the paper theoretically supported; second, according to the different types of employees, the different problems of the company in the employees’ training are found via some modes such as consultation with the administrators and questionnaires to the employees from the perspectives of new employees, grassroots employees, middle-level administrators and top-level administrators and the reasons for the problems are analyzed; third, according to the general employees’ training flow, the employees’ training scheme design is carried out from the four aspects, that is, training demand analysis, determination of the training objectives, training scheme design and training result evaluation; fourth, the important points of implementation of the employees’ training scheme of Weihong Dongguang Company and the human resource support and organization support are investigated and analyzed.With a series of studies, it is found that a lot of problems exist in the employees’ training of Weihong Dongguang Co., Ltd. such as insufficient attention, nonstandard training flow, old training contents and deficiency of training expenses, etc. In the paper, it is expected to combine with the relevant theory of human resources to analyze the reasons for the above problems and the strategies of dealing with the problems, design the employees’ training scheme meeting the enterprise’s own characteristics for Weihong Dongguang Company, make the employees’ training of Weihong Dongguang Company able to be carried out according to the general training flow, assure the employees’ training quantity and quality, improve the enterprise’s working efficiency and make Weihong Dongguang Company better and quicker complete the enterprise’s training objectives and strategic objectives. |
