21st century is the era of knowledge economy,and knowledge is one of the main power of the development of the company.Mastering the professional skills,the knowledge-based workers play an important role in the development of the technology company.How to strengthen the enthusiasm and creativity of the knowledge-based workers through efficient incentive mechanism is very important to the company.However,because of the reasons existing in the management process that the company doesn't have a sufficient understanding about the knowledge-based employees'characteristics,the company has some problems in the incentive mechanism to the knowledge-based workers,which also badly affect the efficiency of this mechanism,leading to the problem of high-mobility of the knowledge-based workers unsolved.Consequently,we need to research and design a new knowledge-based workers incentive mechanism,which is perfectly suitable for the enterprise,to attract and keep the excellent knowledge workers on board and finally realize the mutual development for both enterprise and the employeesAnd this essay takes the YP company for instance,learning and analyzing the results of the former researchers,it is based on incentive theory,analyzing the current situations and existing problems of the incentive mechanism in YP company through the ways of questionnaire investigation and document research,and these problems includes unscientific salary system,imperfect performance assessment,incomplete training system,insufficient promotion incentive,and inadequate cultural incentive,and this article tries to find a solution to this problem with the purpose of improving this mechanism,offering modified and optimized schemes to the incentive mechanism for the knowledge-workers in YP company,these schemes include improvement of incentive salary system for the knowledge-based workers,improvement of the performance appraisal system,complete training system,emphasis on career management and establishment of a good enterprise culture,finally trying to provide a reference to the small technology company of the same kind.
