| With the advent of the Internet era and the rise of e-commerce,the demand for personalized and diversified consumers has increased significantly,and the traditional business model has been unable to meet the needs of market competition.In a sense,the competition in the future market is the competition of supply chain management level of enterprises,The quality of supply chain management will directly affect the competitiveness of the entire enterprise,especially the e-commerce company that produces fashion clothing.They will face the practical problem of " more style and less quantity”,e-commerce company which need to be solved by introducing a flexible supply chain.Based on the theory of flexible supply chain,this study takes e-commerce fashion clothing enterprises as an example,analyzes the problems of hy enterprise supply chain,and puts forward a complete construction scheme for e-commerce fashion clothing products flexible supply chain through the factor identification and index evaluation of supply chain.The main research contents include the following aspects.First of all,a large number of domestic and foreign literatures are collected and studied,and the connotation,background,research results and practical applications of the supply chain and flexible supply chain are recognized.Through comparative analysis,different from the traditional supply chain,the flexible supply chain is mainly reflected,fragmentation of orders,uncertainty of demand information,and technology-driven operating models.Secondly,through the field research,we will know the company profile,business model and management philosophy at the headquarters of HY field analysis,experts interview,case analysis value engineering evaluation and other methods are used to further study the connotation,composition and design principles of the flexible supply chain.From the perspective of the whole life cycle of the supply chain,it is concluded that the supply chain of HY e-commerce fashion clothing products still has problems such as insufficient market response speed,need for data analysis capability,and integration of supply chain.Finally,based on the changes of current consumption structure,hierarchy and mode,the paper proposes to optimize HY according to the principles of simplicity,innovation dynamic,coordination and up-and-down linkage,put forward flexible measures,through value evaluation and analysis methods,from enhancing the trend capture ability and enhancing the ability of data analysis and utilization and improve the accuracy of demand forecast.The flexible supply chain of corporate fashion apparel products proposes solutions.With the case analysis of HY company,we will promote the optimization and upgrading of supply chain management in the entire e-commerce sector.This study studies the construction of flexible supply chain of HY fashion clothing products,and carries out example application and verification,puts forward the method of factor identification and index evaluation of flexible supply chain,which provides the method support for the construction of flexible supply chain of fashion products in e-commerce.Through the analysis of the case,a complete flow chart of flexible supply chain is constructed,which is a good reference for e-commerce fashion enterprises to build flexible supply chain with full life cycle. |
