With the mature of big data technology,more and more relying on big data technology demand forecasting methods and marketing gimmick was used in the commercial activity from all walks of life.The fashion industry product sales model also began to walk into a new era.Booking is in the fashion industry in recent years popular a kind of sales model,this model in the present fashion product marketing actual roughly the following two aspects:(1)more accurate prediction of the application of the demand of new fashion products,so as to avoid a lot of shop goods due to bad decisions too little inventory cost and order of out of stock cost.(2)test the popular fashion product or last season when the surplus heat,popular fashion item in earning residual heat at the same time avoid because blindly optimistic mass production orders and inventory backlog problem.But now the fashion industry to open to booking commodity pricing more often rely on past experience,the lack of quantitative analysis,leads to a lot of pre-sales activities unable to get the best profitIn this article,through the consumer utility model to simulate product pre-sales phase and the game process between consumers and retailers now sold stage,so as to derive the demand model,build the profit model,combined with the fashion index were analyzed,and finally establish a fashion product in a seller's market and buyer's market under the different conditions of making profit the most optimal fashion product pricing model,and analyzes the influence of related parameters.Eventually find optimal fashion products pre-sale price and sale price are as fashionable index rise and rise,and the optimal now sold as fashion price index increase the growth rate is higher.Under the seller's market,when consumers buy could be in the present stage to the higher the probability of fashion products,the optimal sale price will now have a faster growth.Under the buyer's market,when consumers for more agree with the higher the probability of the fashion products,the best pre-sales sale price will be a faster growth,this paper also found that:fashion index for the consumer psychological price also have influence,when the index to rise in the consumer will in the present stage to buy fashion products sale price will be increased,but in the pre-sales phase,because of the uncertainty of the products,consumersare willing to in the pre-sales phase to buy the product price will be increased after decreased.
