Along with the rapid development of the garment industry and mass consumer purchase of clothing increased demand for fast fashion is one of the major development trend of China's clothing market,the parity and in line with the characteristics of broad trends favored by consumers.SPA is an own-brand retail business model,has become ZARA,Uniqlo world's leading fast fashion enterprise's main business model.At present,the development of the SPA model in China is still in its infancy,explore the analysis advanced mode of operation has important significance to the development of local garment enterprises and the whole garment industry.Firstly,This paper interpret theoretically the meaning of the fast fashion and SPA model,and analyzes China's current apparel industry development and the local garment enterprises in the business model of the existing problems,Secondly,the author illustrate the ZARA,Uniqlo,H & M,GAP four successful fast fashion companies and the aspects of product strategy in its business model employed,the main strategy in the operation,speed supply chain system,summed up the revelation successful foreign fast fashion business to China's clothing enterprises.Then point out the fast-fashion concept of clothing enterprises characteristics should be have,proposed the strategies of corporate development in China clothing has fast fashion concept SPA model in products,supply chain management,branding and promotion,price,store development and other aspects of the policy,and further proposed the implementation of SPA model development strategy safeguards.Finally,the author select A fast fashion brand SPA model to apply,put forward to the A brand for products,supply chain management,sales and production channels aspects SPA model development strategies by analyzing the A brand sales data in 2015,marketing strategies and the existing problems.The paper make application of A brand as innovation,through the analysis of domestic and international business model,then put forward SPA specific strategies for our country of a series of fast fashion concept can be applied to the development of clothing enterprises and build the mode structure.
