Research On The Development Strategy Of Inspur Cloud Chain Technology Company

With the economy rapidly developing,people are paying more and more attention to improve their life quality.China is gradually beginning to establish a quality traceability system to build the interconnection of information and ensure the continuous improvement of people's life quality.Chinese government has introduced more than 30 quality traceability standards for better management.Along with the country's vigorous promotion of quality traceability system construction,the quality traceability industry is becoming more and more ampliative.As an anticipator of the industry,Inspur Cloud Chain Company must formulate more scientific and rational development strategies,significant measures and safety precautions so as to take the opportunity and make improvement in the Red Sea market.This paper takes Inspur Cloud Chain Company as the research object.According to the perspectives of resource-based view and core competence theory as well as dynamic capability theory,through literature research method,interview investigation and questionnaire survey method,with PEST analysis,Porter's five-force model and value chain analysis,SWOT analysis and other tools,this paper discussed this company with the following aspects.Firstly,using the PEST model to analyze the external development environment,it is concluded that Inspur Cloud Chain Company has external opportunities such as national policy support and good development prospects.Besides,with the continuous improvement of people's living conditions,the demand for product related to quality traceability will grow,which will help to improve the quality of consumption.But it also faces with external threats such as lacking of professional talents,imperfect industry development,and chaotic industrial development environment.Secondly,this paper analyzed the internal environment of Inspur Cloud Chain Company,indicating the company has great advantages in brand reputation,R&D design and program optimization,but is insufficient in aspects of organizational structure,talent reserve and market promotion.By analyzing the company's internal and external environment,a vertically integrated growth development strategy has been generated,and the company's perspective,mission and strategic objectives are also established,which will be accomplished mainly by R&D design,platform operation,product marketing,diversification and profitability.Finally,this paper discussed the safety precautions of the development strategy of Inspur Cloud Chain Company,which will be carried out mainly by establishing elite leadership team,optimizing business organization,absorbing high-tech talents and avoiding financial risks,so as to guarantee the implementation of this safety strategy.
