Study On The Industrial Value Chain Of Henan Telecom Company Under The Background Of Cloud Computing

At present,China's economy has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage,and the industrial structure is facing profound adjustments.The development experience of the leading industrialized countries shows that timely realization of industrial structure transformation and upgrading is an important support to ensure that the economy continues to move to a higher level.As the representative of the third wave of IT,cloud computing has had a huge impact on the development of the information industry.At the same time,cloud computing has also become an important driving force for the development of the digital economy.The development of cloud computing is conducive to accelerating the development of software and information technology services,deepening supply-side structural reforms,promoting the deep integration of the Internet,big data,artificial intelligence and the real economy,and accelerating the construction of a modern economic system.With the in-depth introduction of cloud computing technology,telecom operators have gradually migrated various network management systems,support systems and business systems of enterprises to the cloud platform,and built their own network management cloud,support cloud and business cloud.At the same time,cloud computing will also promote the profound changes in the structure and business model of China's traditional telecom industry chain.The telecom operators who were in the core position are facing increasingly fierce competition and challenges.The paper points out that cloud computing has changed the existing competition mode of telecom,impacted and replaced some telecom services,and made telecom pay more attention to the data and value-added services.And in the background of the cloud computing,the Industrial Value Chain of telecom has become reticulation,the boundaries of the main bodies are not clearly defined,the relationships between the main bodies are dynamic and nonlinear,and the competition between telecom and other main bodies in the industry chain is intensifying,the dominant position of telecom in the Industrial Value Chain has declined.Based on this,this paper mainly takes Henan Telecom as the research object,analyzes the problems that Henan Telecom industry value chain faces under the cloud computing background.Based on the qualitative analysis of SWOT and quantitativeanalysis of game model,this paper puts forward the extension strategy of Henan Telecom Industry Value Chain under the cloud computing background.This paper helps and improves the enterprise profit of Henan Telecom in the emerging business competition,makes up the deficiency of Cloud Computing Strategy Research from the perspective of industry value chain.
