At present,China is in the critical period of urbanization development.rural land acquisition and demolition as an indispensable part of urbanization,to achieve modernization in China is of great significance.In the context of urbanization construction as the main theme of social development,how to improve the process of urban land acquisition and demolition in the process of urbanization has become an urgent need to deal with important issues.In this paper,the status quo of land acquisition and demolition in Wujiaqu City is the focus of the paper.Through comparative analysis,questionnaire survey and literature research,this paper analyzes and compares the relevant data and combines the theory and practice to summarize the rural areas Problems in the Process of Land Acquisition and Demolition.The author analyzes the causes of the problems of rural land acquisition and demolition in the process of urbanization from the four perspectives of system,law,land acquisition and land expropriation from four aspects:land requisition compensation,land acquisition and resettlement,land acquisition procedure and social security of land expropriated peasants.This paper puts forward a feasible solution to perfect the land acquisition and demolition system,improve the land acquisition and demolition procedure,properly solve the problem of land acquisition and distribution,improve the rural compensation and resettlement system and enhance the land acquisition and demolition of farmers Living standards and so on.It is hoped that the research on land acquisition and house demolition can help to solve the problem of land acquisition and demolition in rural areas.
