Research On The Development Of Mixed Ownership Economy In Baotou City

The reform of state-owned enterprises since the 1990s has made great achievements and contributed a lot to China's economic development and social progress.But with the change of domestic and international complex situation,the state-owned enterprises have some new problems.Therefore,the development of mixed ownership economy with Chinese characterist-ics is put on the agenda,the mixed ownership economy by promoting state-owned enterprises and private enterprises in the market of mutual integration,finally to improve the core competitiveness of Chinese enterprises,strengthen the purpose of Chinese enterprises.Baotou is an old industrial city in the north of China,in the middle of Inner Mongolia autonomous region,it is an important hub connecting north China and northwest China.On the basis of in-depth study of the state,autonomous region mixed ownership reform and other aspects of the spirit of the document,Baotou's mixed-ownership economy has achieved good results,but there are still some problems in the process of developing mixed ownership economy.This paper introduces the problems existing in the development of mixed ownership economy in baotou,analyzes the reasons for the problems,and puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems.This paper is divided into four chapters:The first chapter explains the research background and significance.Then it introduces the domestic and foreign research status of mixed ownership economy.Finally,the research ideas and basic methods are described.The second chapter is the definition of the related concepts of the mixed ownership economy and the theoretical basis for the development of the mixed-ownership economy.First,it defines relevant concepts,including the connotation of ownership and its ownership structure,and the connotation of mixed ownership economy.Then it is the theoretical basis for the development of the mixed ownership economy,including:Marx and Engels' ownership theory,Lenin's ownership theory,modern property rights theory and the theoretical policies of the Communist Party of China on the development of the mixed ownership economy.The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation and reasons of the mixed ownership economy in baotou.First,it introduces the achievements of mixed ownership economy in baotou.Then it introduces the problems in the development of mixed ownership economy in baotou city.Finally,the paper analyzes the reasons for the problems in the development of mixed ownership economy in baotou.Chapter four puts forward corresponding solutions to the problems in the development of mixed ownership economy in baotou.It is necessary to make corresponding efforts in strengthening the top-level design to promote the development of mixed ownership economy,stripping the social functions of state-owned enterprises,creating a good development environment for private enterprises,improving board governance,and improving the state-owned assets management system and so on.
