This article first reviews on the development of human resource managementtheories. By the introduction of the situations of the small and medium-sizedlogistics enterprises’s human resources management, it points out that small andmedium-sized logistics enterprises have their unique characteristics, and raisesdifficulties faced by small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in the developmentprocess. With SWOT analysis, that is, identifying their own strengths andweaknesses and the opportunities and threats in the environment outside theenterprises,this article puts forward with the problems in human resourcemanagement of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, such as the flow oftalents in small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in China is frequent, longtraining period and many other difficulties in the field of logistics, analyzing thecause of the problem.On human resource management of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises,in the face of complex external environment, such as competitors, and the internalareas as recruitment, staff training, this article tries to analyze. Finally through theconstruction of small and medium-sized logistics enterprise’s human resourcesmanagement strategy, optimization of analysis and selection, it tries to providedecision recommendations for the development of the human resource managementof small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, hopes the small and medium-sizedlogistics enterprises will deal with the problems in the enterprise operations andmanagements as soon as possible.
