Small and medium-sized real estate enterprises is an important part of China’s small and medium-sized enterprises, is the mainstay of the development of the national economy. How to survive and develop in the fierce market competition, the real estate industry has a direct relationship with the improvement of the overall competitiveness of the real estate industry. Therefore, the research on the development strategy of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises has practical significance and far-reaching influence. This paper takes the Shijiazhuang City ZhongKai real estate development company as the breakthrough point, focus on the new situation of small and medium real estate enterprises to strategic objectives and strategic direction of the urgent need to start from the concept and standards, based on the analysis of the significance and background of the study, the use of literature, case analysis and other methods, in accordance with the requirements of the analysis of the problem- to find the existing problems, and put forward countermeasures. First, this paper describes the development of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises in China, and then analyzes the development strategy of small and medium sized real estate enterprises in Shijiazhuang. Based on the SWOT Analytical method, PEST Analytical method and value chain Analytical method, the paper points out the strategic objectives, strategies and strategies for small and medium sized real estate enterprises in our country.
