With the development of the economy,private car ownership is rising year by year,resulting in a series of problems such as traffic congestion,waste of resources,and air pollution.In recent years,with the development of the sharing economy and the Internet economy,shared electric vehicles under the time-sharing mode have been widely recognized and concerned.As a low-carbon mode of travel,shared cars greatly increase the efficiency of car use than privately owned cars.And car sharing has a series of great contribution such as reducing the parking demand in the central area,saving land resources,and alleviating traffic congestion and environmental pollution.However,with the development of the shared car business,the sharing of cars in the operation has also revealed problems such as unreasonable pricing of vehicles and unscientific outlets.Based on the above background,taking the shared cars under the time-sharing mode as the research object,this study found the importance and necessity of exploring the pricing and parking point layout of the shared cars by sorting out the development history of shared cars and analyzing the market's current situation and the characteristics of shared cars.Firstly,aiming at the pricing problem in the shared time-sharing car operation,this paper first constructs a dual-mode hybrid network equilibrium model based on the classical bottleneck economics model,considering the reasonable pricing problem of shared cars in three market sizes:1)In the early stage of development,shared cars only accounted for a small share of the total number of car trips;2)in the middle of development,shared cars accounted for nearly half of the total car travel;3)during the mature period,shared cars accounted for cars The majority of the total travel volume.In the above three cases,it is specifically analyzed how the different pricing of shared cars affects the total social cost and company profitability,and the relationship between pricing and the number of users.Secondly,in view of the parking point layout problem,this study also considers the profit of the shared cars and the convenience for users to borrow and return the cars.After building dual objective parking point layout optimization model,which is respectively the maximum corporate profits and the minimum distance to borrow and return the car,the study designs an improved genetic algorithm to solve the model and gets the concrete plan of the number and the layout of the parking spots.In addition,the study builds a numerical example to validate the effectiveness of the model,and finds that the model has great potential in the layout of the shared cars' parking point in a small area.Finally,based on the above research,the main conclusions are as follows:1)In the research of shared car pricing,this study found that in the initial stage of car sharing development,lower fixed costs and lower time-dependent fee can improve the social benefits.For improving the profitability of the shared car companies,different users should be targeted to give a reasonable pricing range and formulate a targeted pricing strategy according to the company's own development orientation;In the medium stage,in order to improve social benefits,low fixed costs and high time-dependent fee should be set.In order to promote the profitability of shared car companies,the time-dependent fee should be appropriately increased by changing the strategies such as the issuance of coupons.In the mature stage,appropriate improvements of fixed costs and time-dependent fee should be made to improve social benefits.In order to promote the profitability of shared car companies,attention should be paid to the user experience of the car to gain the share in the distribution of different companies,in addition,the shared vehicle size should be considered at the same time.2)In the research of car sharing parking point layout optimization,the layout method of the network obtained by the improved genetic algorithm can provide reference for the actual layout problem.At the same time the influence of demand distribution and demand radius on the shared car layout is discussed:due to the influence of the distribution of demand points on the number of shared car outlets,it is recommended that the shared car be investigated in detail in the early stage of the layout optimization of the parking spot,as for the later stage,the parking point layout strategy should be adjusted according to the changing demand;within a certain range,the demand radius has an impact on the single-day profit of the shared car single-day profit that single-day profit is increasing with the increase of demand radius,and finally approaches a maximum value.In the case of shared car outlets and limited number of cars,car sharing companies need to consider how to expand the demand radius to attract more users.
