With the implementation of the national macro-control policy of real estate,the real estate industry has entered a slow development stage,and the pressure of the whole real estate industry is increasing.In this context,a good marketing model is of great significance to the promotion of real estate enterprises to win the market.S real estate company is a typical representative of the traditional Real Estate Company to upgrade transformation,in Internet plus background,the real estate industry integration of high-tech is the inevitable demand of the times is represent the general trend,and change.In this paper,the S real estate company as the research object,through literature research,field investigation method and so on many kinds of research methods,analyzes the S real estate company network marketing status and problems for the enterprise,vein,summed up the lack of adjustment and optimization,study traditional Real Estate Company how to make good use of Internet tools to carry out the network marketing,put forward the integration of online network marketing and the line and integration of network platform resources,good customer relationship management,the use of VR technology to build the scene integration strategy,integration of enterprise technology strategy and marketing strategy,provide a reference for the real estate industry network marketing strategy development.
