Network marketing as an important part of electronic commerce is booming, that is a product of the combination between internet technology and traditional marketing activities. With the network economy era is coming, the network marketing of real estate will become the irresistible trend of real estate industry. Network media of real estate is a powerful information service platform, that provides a full range of services, which are efficient, convenient and professional, for the consumer and the user of industrial chain platform. And the network media of real estate is becoming a good way of real estate enterprises to make marketing more innovated and becoming an indispensable communication platform.SouFun is an internet platform of real estate, which has enjoyed a high reputation in this field, to market, advertise and publish information. With the rapid development of the real estate network marketing, the strategy of SouFun has some defects nowadays. Due to the lack of awareness of brand strategy, production technology and the user experience, the marketing strategy of SouFun can not play the role of internet marketing, that restricted the development of SouFun enterprise.According to this phenomenon, under the current situation of real estate network marketing, writer analysis the marketing strategy of SouFun company, propose the problems of the strategy and propose the adjustment suggestions of the marketing strategy which might make the SouFun company to develop better when facing the changes of the market condition.
