With the rapid development of social economy,the volume of customer demand has increased dramatically.Some enterprises may have multiple distribution centers in a city,which greatly improves the distribution capacity to ensure the effective delivery of customers.At the same time,some customers also put forward higher requirements for the delivery of goods,not only requiring suppliers to have sufficient supply capacity,but also requiring goods to complete delivery within a specified time.In the past,most enterprises adopt zonal distribution model to deal with the problem.The implementation process is simple,but the operation effect is low.It is difficult to effectively utilize the distribution resources,resulting in the frequent occurrence of unreasonable phenomena such as uneven busy distribution centers,idle vehicles or circuitous transportation.In this context,for the multi-distribution center vehicle routing problem with time windows(MDVRP-TW),considering the uncertainties and uncertainties of the problem information,an open collaborative distribution model is designed to plan the distribution scheme.The distribution model shares all the logistics distribution resources of the enterprise in the region,and maximizes the distribution capacity and responsiveness of the enterprise.Vehicle distribution routes based on this model can provide timely and efficient distribution services for customers,effectively improve service quality,reduce the total cost of logistics distribution,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the industry.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,determine the topic and method of research according to the current research shortcomings of this kind of problems.Secondly,analyze MDVRP-TW in certain environment.Customer satisfaction has been introduced to highlight the service function of contemporary distribution.An open collaborative distribution model and a multi-objective mathematical model are established to optimize distribution cost and customer satisfaction of the problem.Thirdly,expand the research on MDVRP-TW in uncertain environment.Assuming that customer demand and vehicle travel time are stochastic and uncertain in uncertain environment,a chance-constrained programming model with a certain confidence level is established based on stochastic programming theory.Fourthly,design cloud genetic algorithm to solve the problem.In the paper,a cloud generator is designed,which adaptively sets the probability of crossover and mutation operation by using the characteristics of cloud model.The genetic operation process is designed to enhance the search ability and convergence rate of the algorithm for the optimal solution of the problemAt last,taking an enterprise as an example,the distribution scheme of the enterprise is given based on this study,and the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm is verified.The results show that the model can effectively reduce the number of distribution vehicles and transportation costs,and greatly improve the utilization efficiency of vehicles.
