In today's society,with the rapid development of social economy,people are increasingly pursuing high-quality and high-quality material life.The demand for chilled and frozen products such as quick-frozen foods,fresh agricultural products,and seafood is increasing,and people are paying more and more attention to the quality and food safety of cold chain products.In the distribution process,the quality of chilled and frozen products can be guaranteed and the loss of products can be reduced.Cold chain products have the characteristics of perishable,high-loss,high-cost and so on,which affect the development of reasonable and efficient distribution routes for cold chain logistics.In this paper,taking the cold chain logistics as the research background,taking the improvement of customer service quality and reducing the total cost of distribution as the starting point,a cold chain logistics vehicle scheduling model is constructed to solve the cold chain logistics vehicle routing problem with fuzzy window constraints.Firstly,based on the related researches on cold-chain logistics,vehicle routing problems and cold-chain logistics vehicle routing problems constrained by time windows at home and abroad,the content of this paper is proposed.Secondly,it expounds the basic theories in this dissertation,including the introduction of cold chain logistics,the basic problems of vehicle routing,the overview of several algorithms for solving the vehicle routing problem model,and the introduction of time window theory.Thirdly,aiming at the characteristics of cold-chain logistics,the dual-objective vehicle routing model of cold-chain logistics under the single distribution center and multi-distribution center is established respectively.The model considers two goals of minimum total distribution cost and highest service quality,including vehicle capacity constraints,fuzzy time windows and other constraints,and under optimization of the model processing,the dual-target problem changing into a single-objective problem.Finally,the model is solved by using Tabu Search algorithm and Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm respectively.The actual case is used to verify the solution.A reasonable and effective cold chain logistics distribution path is solved respectively.The rationality of the established model and selection algorithm and the effective setting of the fuzzy time window are proved.This article establishes a single distribution center and multiple distribution center with fuzzy time window cold chain logistics vehicle routing model,selecting the Tabu Search algorithm and Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm for the corresponding model,and all of those are proved that has certain practical application value and can be applied to the actual cold chain Logistics distribution route planning.
