In recent years,the domestic logistics distribution industry has made great progress.Logistics is known as the third profit source of enterprises,which accounts for a large proportion of the cost of enterprises.The most important problem is logistics distribution.As a service-oriented enterprise,logistics cost is often neglected as implicit cost.However,because of the large variety of goods in convenience stores and the high frequency of transportation,the transportation cost actually accounts for a large proportion of the total cost of chain convenience stores.According to the relevant survey results,chain convenience stores have a high proportion in logistics distribution,reaching about 10%,very high.Some convenience stores account for a higher proportion.Logistics distribution cost of convenience stores is a problem that can not be ignored.In the cost of logistics distribution,the optimization of distribution route is a key part.Whether the distribution route is reasonable or not has a great impact on the total cost,total benefit and overall distribution efficiency of convenience stores.Therefore,in order to reduce the distribution time,reduce the distribution cost,improve customer satisfaction,maintain the good image of enterprises,and ultimately improve the efficiency of enterprises,it is very important to design an efficient and reasonable route plan in the distribution route.At present,Dalian Fast Passenger Convenience Store usually relies on experience to judge when arranging distribution operations.In order to improve the efficiency of distribution,reduce the cost of distribution and reduce the time of distribution,it is necessary to optimize the distribution route according to the actual transportation situation of Dalian Fast Passenger Convenience Store and the traffic situation of Dalian City.Based on the analysis of the distribution business of Dalian Express Chain Convenience Store,this paper constructs a multi-objective vehicle routing optimization problem in time-varying network environment,considering the factors of multi-vehicle,vehicle load limitation and traffic flow in different time periods in Dalian.Firstly,the research progress of time-varying vehicle routing problem and vehicle routing problem model and algorithm are summarized.Secondly,the concepts and theories used are elaborated,including time-varying network related overview,chain convenience store theory overview,VRP classification and optimization methods.Thirdly,the distribution status of express convenience stores in Dalian urban area is analyzed.Through understanding the background of fast-passenger convenience stores,the development status,development history,distribution status,distribution strategy,distribution system characteristics and the problems in distribution,in order to provide the necessary basis for the optimization of distribution routes,improve its pertinence and applicability;then through the above theoretical analysis,the optimization model of vehicle distribution routes is constructed.When constructing the vehicle routing optimization model for distribution,considering the actual situation of urban distribution,the speed of distribution vehicles will be affected by traffic flow,traffic management,rush hour and other factors.It will be transformed into a problem of vehicle routing optimization under time-varying conditions.Finally,it is selected on the distribution path,with the lowest cost and the shortest time as the basis of time-varying conditions in this paper.Based on the multi-objective function,a vehicle routing optimization model is constructed.Then,according to the actual situation of Dalian Express Convenience Store,a more optimized distribution route is worked out.Finally,through the analysis of the results,six operational and distribution suggestions are put forward for the current development of chain enterprises and the Express Convenience Store in Dalian urban area.
