Study On Improving Production Efficiency Of Valve Body Forging In ZY Company

In recent years,due to the rapid development of domestic processing industry,all kinds of large forging equipment manufacturing technology mature,coupled with the frequent flow of human resources and the diversification of information,the technology of forging industry threshold is more and more low,a large number of private capital into the forging industry,the production of large forging forging enterprise increase rapidly,when forging market demand growth can't keep up with the production speed,the forging industry competition and cutthroat.Therefore,improving quality,reducing cost and increasing efficiency become the primary task of forging enterprises' further development,and the most important indicator to measure the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises is production efficiency.This article is based on 16 tons of ZY company die forging hammer(16 tons of die forging hammer on referred to as: 16TM)body forging production line as the research object,using the concept of industrial engineering(hereinafter referred to as: IE)(hereinafter referred to as: 6?),six sigma management strategy and lean production tools,analysis and study without changing the existing production conditions,the existing process layout,increase equipment,increase the working time,in order to promote product quality is stable under the premise of 16 TM body forging production line,production efficiency goal is to daily output by more than 60-80 up to 150 of them.The research results show that the production efficiency of 16 TM valve body production line can be greatly improved through reasonable management methods and production process optimization.The conclusion of this research has certain guiding significance for improving the production efficiency of other products of ZY forging plate.
