With the rapid development of China's pharmaceutical economy,reform and open drug market health care system continued to deepen,Shanxi pharmaceutical retail industry is facing great opportunities and challenges.2015,the national drug distribution market as a whole seems pretty good,but the growth rate has slowed,shrinking profit margins will persist,the concentration of the drug retail chain needs to be improved.June 2015,the Ministry of Commerce issued the "2014 run statistical analysis of the pharmaceutical distribution industry",the report shows,2014,China's pharmaceutical distribution industry sales totaled 1.5021 trillion yuan,of which,300.4 billion yuan to complete the drug retail market.By the end of 2013,the total number of stores amounted to 432,600 pharmacies,drug retail chains 3570,under the jurisdiction of stores 158 200,274 400 single retail pharmacies.These data have development and growth compared to previous years.In addition,a comprehensive e-commerce high speed development,but also attracted more and more pharmaceutical companies are choosing to rely on e-commerce to seek new opportunities.By 2015,the domestic online pharmacy sales reached more than 40 billion yuan,Jingdong,Lynx,Dangdang,Shop No.1 electricity providers and other giants have joined the competition among pharmaceutical B2C.Traditional pharmacy this situation had to be treated with caution.In the "new medical reform" role,"the era of big health" has become China's phannaceutical industry is currently the most important features.The state has introduced a variety of policies,market growth rate is slowing,the industry is expected in the near future,pharmaceutical companies have to face increasingly difficult profit model.In addition,the fragmented market will inevitably bring about mergers,restructuring and other industries,"action" on the drug concentration in the retail industry will be improved.Due to policy factors gradually increased,changing consumer attitudes,the type of drug retail market will also change.Shanxi GDWM pharmacy chain Limited is a private pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises,since its inception in 2003,always carrying a "cheap pharmacies" banner in competition with traditional pharmacies do.The company after ten years of rapid development,has become an domestic pharmaceutical chain enterprises in Shanxi Province "leader",in particular in 2011 and SASAC directly under the world's top 500 enterprises China National Pharmaceutical Group's restructuring success pharmacy,founded in Shanxi GDWM pharmacy chain Limited,established a more powerful drug retail chain system.In this paper,Taking GDWM pharmacy for example,for pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises in Shanxi local development strategy research,which focuses on the local chain pharmacy has strengths and weaknesses,and the opportunities and challenges,trying to develop appropriate GDWM pharmacies coping strategies,allowed to take the initiative position in the current increasingly complex market and fierce competition,to seize the initiative.At the same time,objective analysis of whether the article is also similar to other local pharmacy GDWM pharmaceutical chain enterprises can construct rational allocation of resources,win-win cooperation,"heating" provides a reference for the direction and content of research.
