| High-tech industry is a key area for China to achieve technological leapfrogging and seize the commanding heights of science and technology of the world.The strong innovation capability of high-tech industry is an important guarantee for China to get rid of the middle-income trap and meet the challenges of the fourth industrial revolution.Under the global competition pattern,it has been an inevitable choice for China’s high-tech industry to carry out innovation cooperation with universities,scientific research institutions,governments,users,intermediaries and financial institutions as well as adapt to the innovation environment.Meanwhile,technology innovation is an overall work.Therefore,high-tech industry should also attach importance to promote the balanced and coordinated development of provincial technology innovation.By implementing the two strategies,high-tech industry can integrate and allocate innovation resources effectively,accumulate innovation strength continuously and consolidate competitive advantage quickly.In view of the above analysis,guided by the relevant theoretical achievements of ecosystem and innovation niches,this paper uses the concept of regional innovation niches of high-tech industrial innovation ecosystem to reflect the occupation and utilization of innovation resources in various provinces.Taking it as the research object,this paper constructs a research framework.On this foundation,the paper analyzes the occupation and utilization of innovation resources in various provinces and clarifies the specific impacts of factors of various actors and innovation environment on the utilization of innovation resources.Then the specific situation and conditions of spatial spillover of innovation resources is revealed,and the basic idea and adjustment ratio of the regulation of innovation resources are discussed.Finally,the paper put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of regional innovation niches.This paper aims to formulate effective measures for accelerating the integration and allocation of industrial innovation resources from a new perspective,so as to provide theoretical support and practical enlightenment for technology innovation of high-tech industry.Firstly,the basic concepts and theoretical basis are expounded.By reviewing and combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper defines the connotations of innovation ecosystem,innovation niches,high-tech industry,high-tech industrial innovation ecosystem and regional innovation niches of high-tech industrial innovation ecosystem and summarizes the theories of ecosystem and innovation niches.In order to present the main structure of this paper,the logical framework of research contents is designed.Secondly,the measurement and characteristics of regional innovation niches of high-tech industrial innovation ecosystem are studied.Based on the construction of the measurement index system of regional innovation niches,the improved entropy method is used to measure the level of regional innovation niches.Then the Shannon-Wiener index,the Pianka index and the ratio of trend to state of regional innovation niches are adopted to measure the width,overlap and expansion trend of regional innovation niches separately.This paper also employs the ESDA method and Dagum Gini coefficients to analyze the spatial distribution regularities and spatial differences of regional innovation niches.Through above analysis,the paper clarifies the situation of dislocation adjustment of regional innovation niches.Thirdly,the adaptability of regional innovation niches of high-tech industrial innovation ecosystem is studied.After selecting the factors affecting the adaptability of regional innovation niches from the core layer,auxiliary layer,guidance and service layer,and environmental adaptation layer,the BMA method is used to identify the key ones from the perspective of.the net effect of factors.Then this paper adopts the fs QCA method to explore the necessity of a single key influencing factor on the promotion of regional innovation niches and the sufficiency of the combinations of factors on the promotion of regional innovation niches,which investigates the improvement models of adaptability of regional innovation niches from the perspective of the combination effect of factors.Fourthly,the coordination of regional innovation niches of high-tech industrial innovation ecosystem is studied.Based on the revised gravity model,the spatial correlation matrix of regional innovation niches is calculated,and the diagram of spatial correlation network is obtained.Then this paper employs the SNA method to analyze the current situation of coordination of regional innovation niches.The indexes of overall and individual network characteristics are used to clarify the overall and individual situations of coordination of regional innovation niches separately.The block model is used to clarify the spatial clustering status of coordination of regional innovation niches.The analysis of intermediaries roles is used to clarify the key nodes for transmission of innovation kinetic energy within and between spatial plates.The paper also adopts the QAP regression method to clarify the degrees and directions of the influence of geographical adjacency and provincial differences of key influencing factors on the spatial correlation of regional innovation niches,which analyzes the specific conditions for coordination of regional innovation niches.Fifthly,the expansion of regional innovation niches of high-tech industrial innovation ecosystem is studied.After constructing the system dynamics models for expansion of regional innovation niches according to the formation process,the key influencing factors are taken as control variables.By adjusting the parameters of control variables,this paper obtains different schemes to simulate.Based on the simulation results,the action mechanism of key influencing factors on regional innovation niches is clarified,and the sensitivity of each innovation resource and innovation output to the change of key influencing factors is calculated.Then the paper takes the improvement of regional innovation niches as the benchmark to select the best adjustment scheme for innovation resources and innovation output.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of regional innovation niches of high-tech industrial innovation ecosystem are analyzed.According to the research results of this paper,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from four aspects,including pushing forward the adjustment of regional innovation niches,promoting the improvement of the adaptability of regional innovation niches,strengthening the coordination of regional innovation niches and paying attention to the orderly expansion of regional innovation niches.
