In recent years,with the development of economy and the progress of science and technology,intelligent logistics has been widely recognized by China’s transportation,warehousing,distribution and e-commerce enterprises.Intelligent logistics is based on the Internet of things,and its concept is in line with the development momentum of modern logistics automation and intelligent control.The transformation and upgrading of logistics industry to "intelligent logistics" is unstoppable.However,due to the emerging of intelligent logistics in China,there are still many problems in its development,such as the logistics enterprise management chaos,the logistics industry standard is not perfect,the lack of perfect logistics information platform and management system,backward infrastructure construction,the lack of high-quality logistics personnel.The evaluation and analysis of the intelligent level of logistics enterprises can not only assess the actual situation of the development of intelligent logistics,but also find the weak links in the development process of intelligent logistics,which is of great significance to the intelligent development of logistics enterprises.Therefore,this paper studies the intelligent level evaluation of logistics enterprises.The main work is as follows:First of all,the relevant theories and methods involved in this paper are sorted out and elaborated.The concept,characteristics and functional modules of intelligent logistics are mainly introduced,and the hierarchical analysis--entropy weight method and extension cloud model used in this paper are briefly introduced,laying a foundation for the following research.Secondly,based on the analysis of the factors affecting the intelligence level of logistics enterprises,and according to the principles of the construction of the evaluation index system,a relatively complete evaluation index system of the intelligence level of logistics enterprises is established through Delphi method,reliability analysis and validity analysis.Thirdly,aiming at the fuzziness and randomness of the boundary information of hierarchical classification in the intelligent level evaluation of logistics enterprises,theintelligent level evaluation model of logistics enterprises based on the extension cloud model is constructed by integrating the characteristics of quantitative and qualitative analysis and the advantages of cloud model in dealing with double uncertainties.Finally,the intelligent level evaluation model of logistics enterprises constructed in this paper is applied to specific enterprises,and the corresponding evaluation results are described and analyzed.Then,relevant countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward according to the deficiencies and problems existing in the intelligent development process of logistics enterprises.
