Comprehensive Evaluation Of Regional Logistics Index Based On Entropy Weight-Cloud Model

The modern social logistics industry plays an increasingly important role in leading,strategically supporting,and fundamentally guaranteeing the development of the national economy,and is an important part of the modern economic system.The "14th Five-Year Plan" period is a major transition period for my country to achieve high-quality development of the logistics industry and move towards modern logistics.It is also a key stage for enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises,optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure and the dual-cycle operation of the industry.In order to better adapt to the development process of modern logistics,it is urgent to carry out an objective and comprehensive assessment of the development level of regional logistics,so as to guide the government and enterprises to make efficient and effective action decisions.At present,the research on the regional logistics index in my country is not mature enough,the evaluation standards are not unified,the evaluation system is not perfect,and the evaluation of the logistics development level is still in the primary stage.In this regard,this paper studies the comprehensive evaluation of my country’s regional logistics index.First of all,this paper sorts out the relevant concepts and methods involved in this research,and lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.Secondly,it expounds the specific steps of the evaluation index system and comprehensive model construction in this paper.After qualitative initial screening of the sea selection indicators,the combination of R-type cluster analysis and coefficient of variation is used to cluster and screen the indicators to complete the construction of the regional logistics index evaluation index system;according to the applicability of the research content in this paper,the entropy weight method is used to objectively assign values weight,and use the cloud model to complete the comprehensive grade evaluation of the regional logistics index.Thirdly,this paper takes Liaoning Province as the empirical research object to evaluate its regional logistics development level.Determine the four main factors affecting logistics development,including logistics infrastructure and development benefits;after qualitative initial screening of sea selection indicators,use quantitative analysis methods to screen indicators to complete the construction of the evaluation index system;select the 2019 logistics index evaluation index data in Liaoning Province for Based on empirical analysis,the logistics level of Liaoning Province is evaluated comprehensively,and the evaluation results of each criterion layer and the comprehensive evaluation results are determined;The logistics infrastructure and development benefits,economic impact and environmental impact are all at a moderate level,and the logistics development potential is at a poor level.Finally,it puts forward targeted improvement suggestions for the development of regional logistics in Liaoning Province.Depending on the results of the evaluation and the specific problems of each level of criteria,corresponding and effective strategic suggestions are presented in order to provide a reference to the future logistics development direction of Liaoning Province and the realization of the transformation into modern logistics.
