The development of IT and e-commerce promote the logistics and distribution companies’developed quickly.With the globalization of world economy and trade,more and moreforeign-funded logistics enterprises enter the market of China,which makes competefiercely.The essence of logistics is a service and the ultimate goal of logistics companies is toprovide customers with quality services,it can make them feel satisfied.The degree ofcustomer satisfaction level determines customer’s satisfaction level.If the customers feelsatisfied,they can bring repeat purchases, advertising effectiveness,perfect reputation and soon.As compared to the old customer service,the cost becomes smaller.During the fiercemarket competition,how to provide high-quality logistics services to meet comprehensiveneeds of the customers,it is the critical factor to logistics enterprises to survive anddevelop.Therefore, the evaluation study has a very important guiding significance andpractical role to customer satisfaction of logistics enterprises.This thesis researches and analyses customer’s satisfaction evaluation of logisticsenterprises,which is from two aspects of the theoretical and the empirical。Firstly,this thesissummarizes the basic concepts and theories of literature about customer satisfaction,thedegree customer satisfaction and logistics enterprise customer satisfaction,and the conceptsand theories are from the domestic and the abroad which are concerning customersatisfaction.At the same time,the thesis analyses the currence of customer satisfaction athome and abroad. Moreover, this thesis compares and analyses the customer satisfactionrepresentative evaluation model, methods and so on.By the way,this thesis pointes out theadvantages and the problems of each evaluation model.In the thesis,on the basis of the aboveevaluation models and comparative analysis,it brings into a new and improved customersatisfaction evaluation model-cloud theoretical model.Secondly,the critical step is to select the factor of customer satisfaction evaluation,whichshould combine with domestic scholars’ research on customer satisfaction factoranalysis.This thesis has designed a multi-level evaluation index system and utilized themethod of cloud barycenter and the research data, reviews of the cloud model set corresponding table is to reasonably quantify and characterize the research value of the indexlanguage about the cloud model.Finally,this thesis can conclude a comprehensive assessmentof the value on customer satisfaction.Thirdly,this thesis analyses A logistics enterprise customer satisfaction through empiricalmethod and deal with the data obtained,then input the data into the cloud generator.The laststep is that cloud generator obtains judged results basing on a set of regulation.According tothose judges,we can find out the relevant problems and put forward the suggestions what theA logistics enterprise should improve.Finally, this thesis summarizes the results of researching,and the problems of furtherresearch is needed to make outlook.
