Human resource management is an important part of enterprise management.Performance appraisal is one of the core functions in the whole human resource management.It is essential for enterprise development to establishment of a set of scientific performance evaluation system.NanTian group set an objective of be listed in the next 3-5 years,it is necessary for the group to pay attention to balanced development in all aspects.A balanced scorecard performance assessment system can effectively solve existing problems in the current performance assessment system,improve staff motivation and provide support for the smooth realization of the group's strategic goals.This paper takes the gas business of NanTian group as the research object and performance appraisal as the research content.Firstly,sorted out and summarized the literature about performance appraisal at home and abroad;Secondly,status quo of group performance assessment is expounded.Through questionnaire survey and interview,the status quo and existing problems of group performance assessment are understood,including the disconnection between assessment and strategic goals,unscientific assessment index design,unreasonable assessment index weight setting and insufficient application of assessment results.Thirdly,gas business as the main business is related to the successful realization of the group's strategic goals.Based on the principle of closely integrated with enterprise strategy,objective and fair justice principle,key performance as the main principle,on the basis of using the balanced scorecard model of group strategic target decomposition,selection of key performance indicators,determine the index weight,analytical hierarchy process to establish a set of match group strategic target,target oriented performance appraisal system;Finally,analyzed the guarantee of the optimization program of the group's performance appraisal system to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme of the group gas business performance appraisal system.
