With the development of big data industry,Internet technology develops rapidly,the level of information technology is constantly improved,and information resources are Shared to the greatest extent.While we are enjoying the dividend of the information age,the problem of personal information leakage is increasingly prominent.In recent years,China's personal information leakage incidents have been repeatedly banned,and the criminal problems caused by bank customer information leakage are also increasing.The problem of bank customer information leakage has become a new public hazard.To sum up,it is extremely urgent to effectively deal with the problem of bank customer information leakage,and we need to introduce new theories as a guide in order to establish and form an efficient new governance model to serve domestic commercial bank customers.The bank customer information leakage described in this paper only refers to the situation that the contact of the customer information leaks the bank customer information to the third party intentionally or unintentionally,and other kinds of leakage are not included in the research scope of this paper.In this paper,the analysis of the existing literature summary,from the bank customer information leak case of real,with governance bank customer information leakage problem as the research object,found that the government regulation in the treatment of the subject responsibility does not reach the designated position,banking groups,customer's own participation is low,countries in the field of personal information protection especially bank customer information disclosure legislation is not complete,bank information security protection does not reach the designated position,shrinking technology and so on.Through the analysis of these problems,some Suggestions are put forward to improve the governance efficiency of bank customer information leakage.It is pointed out that in the actual governance,the government plays a leading role,but its power is limited,and it must rely on the power of multiple subjects in the whole society to realize the coordinated governance of the bank customer information leakage problem.In the governance,we should not only speed up the legislation of relevant laws on the protection of personal information,but also advocate the self-discipline and otherness of the banking industry,improve the information security technology and enhance the information security awareness of bank customers.Only management customer information leak strictly perform their duties according to different subjects,perfecting the personal information protection laws and regulations,government and industry organizations benign cooperation governance,citizens' personal information awareness is high enough,to build into a strong bank customer information management system,fundamentally governance bank customer information leakage.
