Research On Precision Poverty Alleviation In Huangpi District Of Wuhan City

The 40 th anniversary of reform and opening up since China's economic and social development,building a well-off society in an all-round way to push,poor areas in China and in decreasing the number of poor people,in the form of diversified economy helped to pick a cap on the number of poor areas increased,but still exists in some parts of the problem difficult to get rid of the poverty and the masses.Among the causes of poverty,poverty due to illness occurs from time to time.Since 2013,the party and the government put forward the strategies of the "precision" for poverty alleviation,calls for "adjust measures to local conditions","a key open a lock" way of precise poverty alleviation of poverty alleviation measures implemented to poor areas,the poor,the transformation of the traditional ShuXieShi poverty alleviation policy,through ZaoXieShi poverty alleviation,and actively use modern new Internet economy power poverty alleviation work,to help the poor areas of poverty population out of poverty.The promotion of targeted poverty alleviation requires the government to take the lead,give play to the role of the government as the integration and deployment of social resources,summarize the experience of targeted poverty alleviation,continuously drive the grassroots groups to commit to poverty alleviation,continuously improve the poverty alleviation ability of the poor groups,and achieve the goal of poverty alleviation at an early date.Based on summarizing the research status of targeted poverty alleviation by domestic and foreign scholars with the method of literature review,this paper took huangpi district,wuhan city as the research object to analyze the status quo of targeted poverty alleviation and summarize the difficulties encountered in promoting targeted poverty alleviation.Survey found in huangpi district accurate encountered difficulties in the poverty alleviation work basically has the following several aspects: accurate driving force for poverty alleviation,relying on the government,community participation and poverty poverty alleviation "paper" phenomenon,poverty alleviation plan implementation project is not fit for poverty alleviation demand is weaker,hematopoiesis,poverty alleviation project survival prospects are grim,social capital participation is not high,a single poverty alleviation project.Aiming at the existing problems of poverty alleviation,this paper summarized the reasons for the problems of targeted poverty alleviation in huangpi district from the aspects of poverty alleviation belief of the target,interpretation of poverty alleviation work,project control and assessment criteria,and incentive mechanism for social forces to participate in poverty alleviation.Through the above analysis,the paper finally proposed specific measures to improve targeted poverty alleviation in huangpi district from the following aspects: the participants of targeted poverty alleviation,the development of targeted poverty alleviation projects according to local conditions,and the improvement of guarantee measures for targeted poverty alleviation.
