Main Problems Existing In Precise Poverty Alleviation And Its Governance

In 2020,the targeted poverty alleviation work has reached the stage of ending.All parts of the country have achieved excellent results,and it is expected to achieve a complete poverty alleviation by the end of the year.Based on the actual development of precision poverty alleviation work in rural areas,this paper conducts research and summary to consolidate the achievements made in precision poverty alleviation.Targeted poverty alleviation is a policy that is continuously adjusted and improved through practice,and is an important and long-term guideline in China's poverty alleviation work.Therefore,in order to consolidate the results of target poverty alleviation work,we should focus on the long-term development direction and requirements of target poverty alleviation.Compared with urban areas,the economic level of rural areas is too low,and all conditions are incomplete.China's poor population is mainly concentrated in rural areas.Therefore,solving the rural poverty problem and promoting the development of rural areas have become the focus of China 's precise poverty alleviation work.The township government is an important part of our government's poverty alleviation work.It directly serves the rural poor and plays a key role in the implementation of poverty alleviation policies.The article carried out a comprehensive study of relevant literature at home and abroad.On these studies,we carried out a field investigation and research on China's targeted poverty alleviation work,taking the targeted poverty alleviation work in H Township,Heilongjiang Province as the research object.Start research in all aspects.It is believed that in the targeted poverty alleviation work,there are disadvantages for the poverty alleviation target,the main pressure of poverty alleviation,the insufficient participation of social forces,the lack of poverty alleviation environment,and the lack of detailed poverty alleviation issues.Combined with the analysis of the situation on the ground,it was found that the reason is that the poverty alleviation target has weak capabilities,the social subject has limited exertion,the laws and regulations are not clear,the poverty alleviation environment is weak,and the thinking of poverty alleviation work is solidified.Therefore,the article proposes precise and dynamic management of poverty alleviation objects,improves the ability of the main body of poverty alleviation,clarifies the expansion of the main body of poverty alleviation by law,attaches importance to social participation,builds a new regional poverty alleviation environment,and improves the quality of poverty alleviation.
