Research On Precise Poverty Alleviation In Xundian County

General Secretary Xi Jinping puts poverty alleviation into a prominent position in governing the country since the 18th National Party Congress,that pick up a wave of precision poverty alleviation across the country.In the determination and adjustment of three poverty-stricken counties in China in 1986,1994 and 2001,Xundian County was included in the national poverty-stricken counties.The eager anticipation of the successive party committees and governments of Xundian County is to get rid of poverty and remove the poor hat.With the in-depth development of precision poverty alleviation work,the urban and rural appearance of Xundian County has undergone earth-shaking changes,and the life of urban and rural residents has been greatly improved.however,as a national poverty-stricken county,Xundian County has a deep poverty and a wide poverty,that is still very difficult to achieve comprehensive poverty alleviation by 2020.This paper takes the precise poverty alleviation work of Xundian County as the research object.The author makes a comprehensive analysis of the basic county conditions,poverty,internal and external environment of Xundian County,and summarizes the development and the main achievements of the precision poverty alleviation work in Xundian County in recent years.This article focuses on the inaccurate problem such as the inaccurate identification of poor households,the inaccurate assistance measures,the insufficient role of the poor masses,the lack of"hematopoietic function" of industrial poverty alleviation,and the inaccuracy of gaps in the implementation of support duties.Tt uses anti-poverty theory,social governance theory,sustainable livelihood theory,and poverty culture theory for analyzing the reasons for the "inaccuracy" of precise poverty alleviation in Xundian County.Combined with the poverty characteristics of structural poverty,quality poverty and endogenous motivation in Xundian County,this paper puts some feasible suggestions for further improving the poverty alleviation work in Xundian County from the dynamic management of poverty targets,the improvement of poverty alleviation project planning,the acceleration of industrial development,the strengthening of wisdom and support,and the enrichment of support.
