Today’s world, more and more human resources for promoting social and economic development of strategic resources, human resources as a business all the resources of the most precious resources, and therefore must be effectively managed. More and more enterprises to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, and actively explore effective ways of human resource development, training and human resource development is an integral part of a link, how to establish effective human resource training system, and promote sustainable business development, is a modern enterprise problems to be solved.Logistics industry itself has a strong professional, in order to place in the fierce market competition, we must improve the quality of service, improve efficiency services. Therefore, the strengthening of human resource development, especially to strengthen the logistics of training employees for enterprises to enhance their strength, improve customer satisfaction, and gain a competitive advantage in the fierce competition in the market is of great importance. The need to strengthen the development and management of human resources, the need to improve the quality and level of employees. But now our logistics enterprise staff training, there are still many problems, such as enterprise resource training and development of human awareness is relatively weak, relatively low staff capability and quality of human resources and related sectors, funding for staff training inadequate training range is smaller and shorter time and other issues.The first part of this paper introduces the research background from the strategic significance of human resource management and training, and made the logistics industry is highly professional service industries, training of human resources is particularly important in the logistics enterprise. Currently our logistics enterprise staff training, there are still many problems. Describes the theoretical and practical significance of the study, explained the main contents of the status quo and ideas as well as domestic and foreign research.The second part introduces the theory thesis.
