Research On The Supervision Of "SAN XIAO YI TAN" In The Internet Era

Food is the paramount necessity of the people.Since ancient times,food has been an important factor in determining the stability of society.In recent years,people's awareness of food safety has also gradually strengthened.But at the same time,there are frequent food safety incidents in our country.With the arrival of the Internet era,the progress of information technology,and the improvement of communication coverage rate,the net work technologies of food safety incidents immediately improve?As an indispensable part of people's life,"SAN XIAO YI TAN" opportunities and challenges coexist.The issue of food safety has become increasingly prominent in the context of the Internet era,it is necessary for the government to regulate this accordingly.This paper focuses on the supervision problems of "SAN XIAO YI TAN" in the Internet era of county C,analyzes the causes of the supervision problems of "SAN XAIO YI TAN" in China,and explores the "SAN XIAO YI TAN" at present and even the whole food supervision system that needs perfect proposals.Through investigation,this paper finds that "SAN XIAO YI TAN" have the following problems: 1.Internet business responsibility difficult proposed 2.Serious network information leakage;3.Grassroots supervision departments focus on offline supervision;4.Poor media guidance on food safety;5,Network ordering hidden dangers;6.The change of management philosophy of the supervision department is not timely.According to the issues we found to analyze reasons,mainly from the regulatory law,regulatory departments,regulatory environment analyzed.The reasons are as follows: 1.The Internet supervision law is not integrity,and there are problems such as insufficient punishment,lagging legislation and the cost of breaking the law is not high;2.The supervision department of "SAN XAIO YI TAN" has insufficient supervision power,the supervision area is too large,the supervision personnel group is aging,the new generation of supervision is lack of main force,the basic level of high-tech equipment is insufficient,the supervision platform also has a narrow data source,the ability of data risk analyzed is weak,food safety testing database is insufficient;3.The Internet regulatory environment is not good,consumers' awareness of food safety and supervision is not high,some media have a weak sense of social responsibility,the public and legal functions of food industry associations are not in place,the access and review mechanism of online business platforms is not rigorous,and operators lack self-discipline management mechanism.Based on the analysis of the above problems and causes,and referring to the construction of American food safety system in Internet,the following specific Suggestions are put forward:1.Improve laws and regulations to protect the privacy and security of Internet information;2.Improve food data traceability system,establish authoritative online food safety monitoring platform,intelligent responsibility handover mechanism and food safety testing contact network;3.Improve the supervision mode of the supervision department and establish the Internet data cloud platform;4.Establish the principles of supervision standards;5.Improve the level of industry self-discipline,improve the environment for consumer rights protection,strengthen the monitoring of data and public opinion,and establish the operator integrity database.
