Research On The Supervision Of Internet Food Safety By Market Regulatory Department Of Suzhou G District

With the rapid development of Internet technology,Internet catering as a new catering mode has become an important part of people's life.Internet catering has the advantages of high efficiency,convenience and integration of catering resources,which meets the needs of fast-paced people.However,with the rise of the Internet catering industry,food safety is a problem.Since CCTV's "315 Party" exposed the problems of the Internet takeaway platform in 2016,the supervision of the Internet catering platform has been in the forefront of public opinion.The safety of Internet catering is not only a microcosm of China's economic construction in the new era,but also a vivid sample of the construction of a modern country.It is also the most closely related and most expected problem to be perfected with the people.The research direction of this paper is to explore the regulatory deficiencies of Internet catering security and future regulatory strategies and directions from the perspective of grass-roots market regulatory authorities.On the basis of this analysis,the author mainly from the perspective of the supervision status of Internet catering industry in Suzhou.G District to analyze the existing problems of Internet catering safety supervision in Suzhou G District,and how to solve the supervision problems of Internet catering safety in Suzhou G District.In this paper,the full-text organizational logic is formed under these problems.Firstly,through the analysis of the supervision status of the market supervision department of Suzhou G District on Internet catering safety,we can understand the status quo of Internet catering units in Suzhou G District and the supervision status quo of the market supervision department of Suzhou G District.Secondly,from two aspects,this paper analyses the causes of the problems existing in the supervision of Internet catering security in G District of Suzhou.Thirdly,by analyzing and drawing lessons from developed countries such as the United States,the European Union,Japan and so on,this paper puts forward to study the legal system,process control,risk control and traceability system of food and Beverage Safety Management in advanced countries based on the reality of Suzhou G District.Finally,the author puts forward various ways for the market supervision department of Suzhou G District to supervise Internet catering in Suzhou G District.The author believes that we need multi-pronged management,social co-governance,forming a supervision system covering the whole process,establishing a more stringent responsibility system for food safety supervision,and improving public opinion supervision and social public participation,etc.
