Under the new normal,affected by financial disintermediation and interest rate liberalization,the banking industry shows such characteristics as diversification of competition subjects,diversification of competition means and tendency of cintense competition,the traditional banking industry is facing more intense market competition.To cope with the impact of market changes,China Post Group Corporation insisting on the transformation and upgrading as the internal motive force of postal development,and define strategy of "One body and two wings" to promote the transformation and development of finance.Based on the research of salary management and salary incentive theory both at home and abroad,guided by the development strategy of "financial wing" of postal Group Corporation,and from the point of development of Nankai Branch,I carry out field investigation to analyze the existing problems and causes of the existing salary incentive mechanism.By analyzing the common and difference between post finance agency and other commercial banks,the paper draw on the positive experience of other commercial banks selectively.Then,this paper propose the idea to improve current salary incentive system of inance agency worker from employee satisfaction enhancement,diversified welfare system design,long-term incentive mechanism and salary classification control.Combined with the actual of Nankai Post,this paper set on the comprehensive salary incentive mechanism cobimed with base pay,pay for performance,Long term compensation and welfare salary,and bulid the supporting system construction for salary incentive mechanism.Finally,this paper want to build the“distribution according to work”and“more pay for more work”salary incentive mechanism to build the talent system and promote the implementation of incentive policies for enterprise strategic target.
