The postal service is regarded as of important communication organization and industry's base departments of modern times, it play a very important role to guaranteeing the passes of the government decree and the military order , safeguard national unity and national unity, promote the prosperity of the scientific undertaking of economic culture and progress of the society,. From November of 1998, the Tongren post office began to run independently, the human resources management of the Tongren post office is unable to meet demands of development at present, because the present management still takes the personnel and file administration as the core, lacking modern human resources management development and management, among them the question of staff's salary encourages seem particularly outstanding. This thesis studies the problem of the staff salary motivation of the Tongren post office mainly.This thesis carries on the summary to relevant theories at first, including the definition and function of motivation, the motivation theory, the definition and composition of the salary, the broadband salary theory, etc. Chapter three, this thesis analyzed the current situation of the staff's salary motivation in the Tongren post office, it find the existing problem of salary motivation system through questionnaire investigation. In chapter four, this thesis studied the improvement problem of the staff's salary of the Tongren post office. Firstly, it defined the thinking of the salary motivation system improvement. Then it designs the performance appraisal system, and carried the post appraisal. The next it designs the motivational salary system, which includes three respects: Post wage category structure improve, post salary adjust method design and performance bonus design. Finally, it explained the problems what should be paid attention to implement the new salary system.This thesis adopt the approach to combine together with theoretical research and real example, it has offered beneficial exploration to the improvement of the postal enterprise's salary incentive mechanisms.
