| People is the basic of a country,food is the basic of the people,security is the basic of the food.The food security is one of the most concerned topics of the public and the state.However,food safety accidents still occur frequently,all food safety incidents all indicate that the current food safety situation is still not optimistic.With the impact of the Internet on people’s lives more and more,especially the ‘Internet+’ campaign,we need to think about how to combine the daily supervision with the internet supervision.We can use some actual method to discriminate and use the Internet information.The article using the method of literature research and case study,and the concepts like as the theory of new public management,the theory of network governance,the internet supervision of public opinion and so on have been introduced into analysis of public opinion supervision on food safety network.Then combined with the experience of monitoring network public opinion on food safety supervision in Europe and America,this paper analyzes the performance and reasons of the current situation of monitoring network public opinion in food safety in Shandong Province,and enumerates the concrete cases of the practice of developing "bright kitchen and bright stoves" in Zibo.Finally,the paper proposed three countermeasures of improvement respectively from constructing ideas,establishing guidance system and improving supervision technology. |
