Research On Public Opinion Guidance And Countermeasure Of Food Security Crisis In Liaoning Province

In food safety incidents,public opinion has always been an important factor affecting the development and trend of security incidents.If public opinion leads in the direction of positive energy,it will contribute to the successful resolution of food safety incidents.On the contrary,if public opinion is directed in the direction of negative energy,it is possible to turn a common food safety incident into a food safety crisis.For example,the 2003 soybean milk poisoning incident in Haicheng,Liaoning Province was originally a poisoning event,which became a food crisis event because of the unfavorable guidance of the government in public opinion.It can be seen that the guidance of public opinion is extremely important for the development and trend of food safety incidents.In this context,this paper takes the food safety crisis of Liaoning Province as the research object,studies and discusses the issues related to the public opinion guidance of food safety crisis,in the hope that the research results will be helpful to improve the practical effect of public opinion guidance.First of all,the thesis comprehensively describes the current situation of public opinion guidance from the aspects of organization,system and process,as well as guidance approach.The self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the food safety guidance,and provide primary data for paper writing.Secondly,based on the description of the current situation and questionnaire survey,the existing problems and causes of public opinion guidance are analyzed.In terms of the existing problems,it mainly includes the lack of third-party force in the guidance of public opinion,the insincerity attitude,the lack of effectiveness and channel communication.In terms of reasons,it mainly includes the lack of public opinion guidance provisions in emergency response plans,the weak development of third-party food safety supervision,and the lack of information literacy training mechanism for government officials.Thirdly,in view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the objectives,principles and countermeasures of public opinion guidance optimization in food safety crisis.Especially in terms of countermeasures,the contents include the optimization of guiding resource allocation,skills,contents and channels.The fundamental purpose of the research on the public opinion guidance and countermeasures of food safety crisis in Liaoning Province is to find out the existing problems and the causes,and put forward effective countermeasures to provide reference and guidance for the specific practice of public opinion guidance,furthermore,promote the smooth resolution of food safety crisis.
