Exploration On The Management Mode Of Food Safety By Public Security Food And Drug Investigation Department

Food safety is related to the health of the people,people's livelihood and social stability.With the global food industry development,multinational companies are rapidly expanding into the domestic market.Food safety is not only the people's livelihood of a country or a region,but also an important problem faced by the international community.It is the common responsibility of all countries to increase the crackdown on the illegal practice in food security crime.Domestic and foreign food security departments in the food safety has accumulated a lot of useful experiences in supervising and combating food crime,and some foreign food safety supervision mode can provide us some references,but not fully in line with China's national conditions.The executive department always encounters many obstacles in law enforcement,and they need to be cooperated with the police when they investigate and deal with serious food cases.It can be seen that it is necessary for the public security organs to participate and explore the food safety supervision mode.In this paper,through the point view of the police to participate in the maintenance of food security,the comparative analysis,survey analysis and induction method were used to research the China's food safety management mode.The main contents are as follows:at first,we used the comparative analysis to study the food safety management in Germany,the United States and other developed countries,especially the fight against food safety crime mechanism,and analyze its empirical characteristics in order to improve the level of crime prevention and construction,obtain the beneficial enlightenment of efficient management mechanism on food safety crisis.Secondly,the survey analysis method was used to analyze the cases of food crime carried out by the public security organs of Shanxi Province in recent years,and to understand the current key issues of food security and the focus and countermeasures of food security investigation,in order to explore crisis resolution mechanism in China and the effectiveness of severely punishing on the security crisis carried out by the public security organs,then to summarize the shortcomings further.Finally,according to the experiences of overseas food security management and combating food crime,we adopted the induction method to sum up the questions that the public security organs have retained in the fight against food security crime and put forward the perfect measures.
