| Quality management system is the basis to ensure the product and service quality to an enterprise.The thesis investigates the issues of the quality management system of company X.The root causes are analyzed based on the seven quality management principles and Plan-Do-Check-Action theory.Some improvement actions are approached such as re-scheming the quality policy,promoting continual improvement and emphasizing the training etc.There is clearly improvement on quality management system after periodically execution.This thesis firstly introduces the content and requirements of ISO9001 quality management system as well as the key elements,which is important to implement the quality management system.Systematical way and concept is critical to successfully implement the quality management system.The innovation points of the thesis include two aspects.Firstly,the thesis introduces the flow audit instead of function audit in the internal audit process.It is more suitable to company X who would like to focus on the issues happening during the process handover area.Secondly,the thesis uses the analytic hierarchy process to assess the effectiveness of improvement that refers to the quality management system assessment theory.I hope that the study can also provide the reference for the organization who has the similar issues. |
