Study On The Choice Of Community Livelihood Path Under The Background Of National Park System Construction

The Giant Panda National Park is one of the top ten national parks in China.The balance between protection and development determines the livelihood of farmers in the surrounding communities and cannot be ignored.How to transform the lucid waters and lush mountains into invaluable assets,which means to solve the long-standing poverty problem of the farmers in the surrounding areas of protected areas in China,is the key and difficult point of ecological civilization construction.This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign research on national park construction and the community issues involved in the national park,and discusses the article on a series of theoretical foundations: Taking the Baishuijiang Nature Reserve as an example,first use The DFID's theory of sustainable livelihood development to analyze the livelihood status of farmers in Baishuijiang Protected Area from three aspects: livelihood capital,livelihood strategy and livelihood results.Secondly,it uses the study of human-land relationship in the theory of complex ecosystems from four aspects: economic impact,capacity building,community participation,and the infrastructure construction.This impact has both positive and negative sides.It clarifies the livelihood development aspects the farmers are faced:advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges.;finally,use the endogenous development theory to analysize the path dependence of farmers' livelihood transformation,the influencing factors,the obstacles in the transition,and the choice of farmers' livelihood path.National park construction must fully consider community issues and adapt to local conditions.The results are as follows:First,the new way for local farmers to develop their livelihoods in the future should be enriched and supplemented on the basis of the original livelihood model,instead of replacing the original development mode;the traditional way of livelihood needs to be transformed and upgraded,and the direction of green agriculture and organic agriculture will be changed..Second,develop eco-friendly industries and enrich non-agricultural livelihoods.Develop green industry and eco-friendly industries by creating characteristic forestry,characteristic towns,ecological service experience,and panda culture.Third,for the community,to continuously promote its own development,we must promote the improvement of the grassroots organization management system,increase the practice of government policies,innovate management concepts,and maintain the vitality of the community.Fourth,the government should actively implement the ecological compensation system in the local area,and guide the community and tourists to participate in the construction and protection of national parks through innovative green development mechanisms,promote local development,and combine ecological civilization construction with rural revitalization strategies.It is necessary to pay attention to the indicators of ecological environment construction,and also pay attention to the livelihood of farmers,so that both environmental protection and economic development can achieve a win-win situation.National parks bring both opportunities and challenges to the community.In short,they must be viewed in terms of scientific development concepts so that the community can achieve better development.
