At present,our country is facing a complex economic situation at home and abroad,which is rare for many years.As the main force to consolidate the achievements of "three go,one fall,one supplement" and accelerate the transformation of old and new kinetic energy,state-owned enterprises shoulder the responsibility of innovation,development,transformation and upgrading.Faced with the new era,new situation and new tasks,state-owned enterprises need to achieve steady progress in an increasingly motivated market competition and an increasingly open market environment.They must intensify innovation efforts and maintain innovation vitality.The innovation of enterprise culture is one of the important factors to promote enterprise innovation.In practice,many enterprises are increasingly demanding innovative and characteristic corporate culture.This paper takes Qingdao Conson Development(Group)Co.,Ltd.as the research object,through consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literature,analyzing and drawing lessons from domestic benchmarking enterprise experience,conducting a questionnaire survey within the enterprise,and conducting SPSS analysis and consistency test on the results,makes a thorough study on the construction and innovation of enterprise culture of Qingdao Conson Group's spiritual contract type.Through research,we find out the cultural factors that support or hinder the success or development of enterprises in the 30-year development process,namely "success factors" and "blocking factors",as well as "driving factors" that drive the better development of enterprises.Based on the theory of corporate culture construction,this paper studies the formation of a new concept system of corporate culture of Qingdao Conson Group,which is characterized by "spiritual contract",explores effective ways and methods of spiritual contract-style corporate culture construction,solves the outstanding problems faced in the current corporate culture construction,and provides new cultural impetus for the development of enterprises.In the process of researching the corporate culture of Qingdao Conson Group's spiritual contract,this paper analyses the concept,innovative ideas,positioning design and fit degree of "spiritual contract" culture.On this basis,it puts forward the main contents of this characteristic culture,including career community,spiritual community,behavioral community,image community,and so on.It clarifies the guarantee of corporate culture construction.Conditions make the construction of spiritual contract culture a landing and implementable blueprint for cultural innovation.According to the research,there is no "best" in corporate culture,only "the most appropriate".Enterprise culture needs to be full of individuality and distinctive features;it needs to combine the characteristics of the times,the development strategy of enterprises,and the ideological state of employees to keep pace with the times and constantly change.Enterprises can promote innovation of ideas,systems and management modes through cultural change,and then realize the renewal of endogenous power,the transformation of new and old momentum,and promote the high-quality development of enterprises.
