Study On A Bnak Counter Business Process Optimization

Under the pressure of internal and external operating environent,A bank actively explores the transformation of counter business process.After an attempt,a relatively perfect background centralized processing center has been established.Bank A has basically realized standardization and institutionalization under the new operating mode.Compared with the traditional process,great progress has been made,but compared with other advanced banks,the process optimization is not thorough enough,and there is still some room for re-optimization of the business process.This paper analyses the business process transformation of A bank,applies the theory of process management to optimize the business process of Bank A,and points out the method for the continuous optimization.This paper combs the origin and development of business process transformation of commercial banks by literature analysis,and illustrates that business process transformation plays a key role in improving business performance.Flow chart analysis method is used to compare the counter business processes before and after the transformation,explain the effect of transformation.Using the process optimization method based on Six Sigma management concept to put forward some suggestions on the re-optimization of Bank A,and provides a reference for the other bank of same type.Bank A should adhere to the principle of customer-centered,adopt such strategies as building the backstage center of the head office,innovating operation support platform,and building an integrated payment and settlement system.Meanwhile,it should strengthen the guarantee mechanism of continuous optimization of business processes,to ensure the re-optimization measures can be implemented.Re-optimization of counter business process can make Bank A realize customer-centered business process and further realize business operation intensive.Upgraded core business system and business process can make business processing more intelligent,enhance customer experience,and build a smart bank with light assets.
