In recent years, along with the financial market opening to the outside world in our country and the advancement of China’s financial reform, the problems such as interest rate marketization, financial disintermediation, practical problems and customer demand diversification have been arised. At the same time, domestic Banks are also facing with serious product homogeneity, the profit model of the single, business processes, pressure of competition caused by process complex. In order to gain a competitive edge in such an environment, Banks are also in constant innovation of products, efforts to strengthen its own service concept, hoping to improve the work efficiency as well as their quality of service, under such expectations, many Banks will focus on the project of the business process reengineering.With the aid of modern information technology to process the bank construction, adhere to the customer as the center for the principle, fundamentally the existing commercial Banks are reforming, the traditional business process and organization structure, the bank management idea, value idea, working train of thought and the management pattern to change, improving the core competitiveness of commercial Banks of a new model of reform. Based on the bank of China, this paper took Hebei branch as the research object, researched on construction process of bank. First of all, the article introduced the basic situation of Hebei branch bank of China, this paper discussed the bank of China, Hebei branch of the business process management presented situation and the existing Taiwan before and after the business process management, pointed out problems existing in the current process management, and the reasons for analysis; Then, the article from the business process optimization, management, process optimization and organizational structure optimization of three aspects put forward the bank of China, Hebei branch business processed optimization scheme. On business process optimization, the choice of bank of China, Hebei branch of the credit business, accounting, business, opened an account and paper business in detail; In the management process optimization, and put forward the supervision, planning, finance, information platform and the optimization of risk control measures; On the organizational structure, and put forward constructing flattening organization structure, established level 3 group.
