In the development of ABC Company,the business started to grow up gradually,a series of problems have been found in the process of cooperation between human resources management and business lines,which reflecting the essence of human resources management issues.Now,along with the rapid global economic development,the changing external market environment,the Big Data and Internet +……,the survival and development of the enterprises is more and more competitive,what is the future of the human resources management? What is the transformation direction of the human resources of next step? At first,this thesis introduces the ABC Company development history for the past ten years and the orientation of the HR department.Secondly,after studying of the relevant theoretical knowledge and analyzing the company's external environment,the author has used the methods,such as internal investigation,interview and key event analysis to diagnose and summarize the existing problems in the human resources management of ABC Company.The following problems in the five main aspects have been found: 1)human resources management focus is not prominent,inefficient and human resources management only focuses on the work of human resources itself;2)human resources management can't efficiently support business;3)the goals of human resources department are not closely connected to the goals of the enterprise;4)human resources professionals lack the customer-oriented consciousness;5)human resources management ability of the line managers is poor.Integrating with the human resources three pillars model and the existing resources,the thesis has analyzed the above mentioned problems and designed the transformation scheme of human resources management role.The new solutions has: restructured human resources department and integrated with the existing resources;solved the problems existed in the human resources department itself and also the situation that human recourses cannot efficiently support business;verified the feasibility and validity of the three pillars model.Finally,the thesis has summarized the transformation plan and also pointed out the possible deficiencies existing in the plan itself and areas need to be improved,and also described the trends of human resource management in the further future.
