Analysis And Research On The Application Of Large Data Under Precison Poverty Redyction

Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era is a major theoretical innovation achieved by the Communist Party of China since the 18 th CPC National Congress.It is a crystallization of the practical experience and collective wisdom of the Party and the people.At the same time that general secretary XI put forward the important guiding ideology and important governing idea of the "Chinese dream" to realize the great and greatest dream of the Chinese nation,the concept of "targeted poverty alleviation" came into being.The principal contradiction in our society has been transformed from the contradiction between the increasing material and cultural needs of the people and the backward social production to the contradiction between the growing needs of the people for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development1.Precision poverty alleviation is to optimize the integration of poverty alleviation resources to ensure poverty alleviation to the village to the household.Its development success or failure to a certain extent reflects the implementation power and credibility of the national government.As the leading place for reform and opening up,Guangdong has always been a leader in political,economic,and cultural development.Precision poverty alleviation has also shown a good development trend,but there are still problems in the use of large data under precision poverty alleviation.Therefore,we need to fully understand the current situation of the use of big data as a tool for targeted poverty alleviation,find out the problems and shortcomings in the use of big data under precision poverty alleviation,analyze the reasons for this,and put forward targeted measures supported by facts and arguments to solve problems.It's the meaning of the topic.Based on this,this study selected the county,town and village poverty alleviation participants,poor households and members of the village task force stationed in Xiadong Village,Zhoutian Town,Renhua County,Shaoguan City,Guangdong Province as the object of investigation and visit,using questionnaires,interviews and other scientific research methods.A survey on poverty reduction using big data was conducted by participants at all levels of poverty reduction.The results show that,overall,the current poverty alleviation situation in Xiadong Village,Zhoutian Town,Renhua County,shows a good development trend.It is mainly manifested in the following aspects: the reduction of public administration costs in the field of poverty alleviation,the effective promotion of public resource allocation,the improvement of the effectiveness of the use of poverty alleviation resources,and the gradual standardization of various data.However,there are still some problems in the village's precision poverty alleviation driven by big data.The main manifestations are: the concerns of the poor people about the loading of information;(a)The distortion of some of the information by pro-poor participants;Misunderstanding of big data platform by pro-poor managers;There is a bias in information communication between the pro-poor sector.Finally,the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the existing problems: raising awareness,clarifying psychological needs and improving attitude towards the target of poverty alleviation;Improve the level of poverty reduction participants and managers,and improve the pool of subsequent talents;Break down information barriers and set up data management systems among pro-poor sectors.
