As the 3rd generation arriving, telecommunication operators have to enhance the marketing competition by personalization marketing which requires completely analysis and mastery of the customer and product information. This kind of information is based on the Integrated View of Customer and integrated product management information. The data integration becomes more and more important, so we can accomplish the sharing of information resource in order to provide more complicate services.This dissertation searches and sums up to the related literature and papers based on the background, puts forward to research telecommunication information resource sharing based on data integration.This dissertation has a deep research on telecommunication operators' data classification standard and the resolve scheme of IT system information integration, established flow-oriented shared information model according to the characteristics of telecommunication operators. Then gives the demonstration analysis of customer data based on the model that put forwarded by the dissertation, confirmed the systems which should be integrated and established the Integrated View of Customer. The characteristics and innovations focus on the following areas.1. Shared Information Model is a good guide for information integration, but we haven't do effort on researching this model. So the dissertation is just do the research based on the model, hopes it can provide something useful for the further research.2. The research focused on the business entity provided by Shared Information Model. Through analysis the business entity refer to the subsystem data and business flow and class the business entity to the certain management area, then confirmed the resolve scheme of system data integration and established the shared information model. The method incarnated the conception of flow-oriented and related to the business flow so that it is more flexible to support the business flow restructure.3. Used Up-Bottom planning and Bottom-Up design to integrate the customer view, the process completely incarnated the design-making requirement form superior and business flow form bottom, made the customer information more completely.
