Starting from the training management theory and the analysis of problems appeared in the course of training management to DZR HOME Group,this paper points out that the construction of scientific and effective training management system is the foundation of participating in the market competition,winning the competition and obtaining the benefit DZR HOME Group under the background of time changing and enterprise developing unceasingly.Due to the lack of systematic understanding and understanding of modern training management theory,although DZR Home Group's training management has played a certain role in the development of enterprises,However,compared with the high standard and high standard of human resources and the scientific and standard training management system of modern enterprises,it is relatively lagging behind.This kind of relatively backward management has revealed the disadvantages in practice,which has influenced and restricted the development of enterprises to a certain extent and has become one of the factors that have restricted the development of productive forces.This paper hopes that through the DZR home group training management system construction and implementation of the study,to build a group of facts and development needs of scientific and reasonable training management system,so that training really become the development of enterprises play their due role.This paper is divided into six chapters structurally.The first part is the introduction.The paper has carried on the corresponding explanation separately from nine aspects including the research background,research goal and the significance,the relation between research and the author practical work,treated the reply the question,research scope and limited,research type and the object,the data collection method and the process,research technique design,and research implementation process.The second part is training management for enterprises and the development of the corresponding theory.The paper elaborates from three sides that the training management concept,the training management theory development and the way exploration for enterprise training management.The third part is the training management status of DZR HOME Group before the management system established.The paper discusses from the status of group training management before the management system established,the main question in the training management and reasons and countermeasures for these problems.The fourth part is the construction of training management system for DZR HOME Group.The paper introduced emphatically the mentality,the necessities and feasibilities of establishment of training management system for DZR HOME Group,frame and principles of construction of training management system,and the main way to construct training system.The fifth part elaborated emphatically the implementation of training management system plan for DZR HOME Group.This part includes the choose of experiment sites for training management,the effect of appraising to the implementation of training management system and the relation should be processed during the plan implementation.The sixth are the conclusions and suggestions.The paper also put up corresponding proposal to the following research and application value.This paper considered that,based on the domestic staff's inherent work manner and the vales,as well as the position of basic unit ordinary labor force falling short of demand,while the general management personnel supply in excess of demand,attaching importance to the training management affects the enterprise future development in certain degree,and training has been becoming an important module in the enterprise human resources management from the enterprise long.term development.At the same time,the investment and the welfare which enterprise gives to their staff's,also becomes one of the most basic methods for enterprise keeping their ataff.The cost of human resources rises gradually.The enterprises will attach more importance to the training management in order to enhance the competitive power and cultivate the staffs that have the sense of belonging and the competitive power.
