After the gradual deepening of China's economic system reform,the financial industry,as a barometer of the economy,also changes with the changes of the system,and gradually merges into the wave of economic globalization.Nowadays,financial science and technology has become a hot topic.Traditional financial institutions and enterprises are competing to carry out experiments and practices of financial science and technology.Financial science and technology play an increasingly important role in the development of the industry,providing important support for business management,risk management and the development of investor services.In the process of rapid development of financial science and technology nowadays,fierce competition not only aims at the market,but also at talents.But at present,the supply of single-technology employees has not kept up with the pace of Internet financial expansion.According to relevant statistics,there are more than 3million people with unsaturated talents in Internet finance-related industries,and it will be difficult to find compound talents who are in line with the orientation of science and technology finance.Under such circumstances,robbing people alone can not fully meet the large number of employment gap in the financial industry,so it is necessary to attract and cultivate people while robbing people so as to retain people.It is very important for traditional financial institutions to have a complete training system which is in line with the characteristics of financial science and technology.Therefore,this paper takes D Securities Company as an example to investigate,observe and visit the current situation of the training system of scientific and technological employees in the traditional financial industry.Combining with the existing opportunities and challenges,it finds out the shortcomings in the training process,lecturer system,curriculum system and evaluation system,finds out the corresponding problems,and applies learning theory,human capital theory,incentive theory,etc.The relevant theories of the training system analyze the reasons for the problems and put forward optimization suggestions and implementation safeguard scheme according to the actual situation of D Securities Company.Through investigation and research,it is found that there are some problems in the training system of D Securities Company at present,such as mismatch of training needs,lack of training demand collection process,mismatch of teaching staff,lack of internal lecturer team,imperfect curriculum system,single curriculum content,imperfect evaluation system,and flow of training feedback.In the new era,D Securities Company should explore and establish a more targeted,timeliness and integrity training system for financial science and technology employees.Based on the principles of strategy,efficiency,systematicness and teaching according to people,this paper draws the following conclusions on how to optimize and establish the staff training system with financial science and technology characteristics: Firstly,it is necessary to strengthen the needs analysis of financial science and technology training,clarify the main tasks of effective training needs analysis,and conduct scientific analysis aftercollecting needs from multiple perspectives and ways.Secondly,we need to build a team of lecturers in financial science and technology,clarify its importance,select training methods and set assessment requirements.Thirdly,we should design a curriculum system with financial technology characteristics and cooperate with diversified training forms to increase the enthusiasm of staff training.Finally,training feedback needs to be optimized and training effectiveness evaluated scientifically at different levels.In addition to this information,D Securities Company also needs to continuously improve the awareness of personnel training,so that employees are willing to take part in training,increase their sense of honor and existence,and at the same time,leaders pay more attention to staff training,give more support and encouragement to training work;improve training management mechanism,lay a solid foundation for the financial science and technology training system to be put into practice,so as to promote the implementation of staff training system.For executive support;strengthen the process monitoring of training system optimization,establish incentive mechanism of training effect transformation,and strengthen risk prevention of training effect,to ensure the optimization of training system in all aspects.Financial science and technology is a hot topic at present.This paper focuses on the training of financial science and technology employees,which is an innovation of this paper.At the same time,it also has important theoretical value and practical significance.This research is based on field research and theoretical analysis.The research results are based on the analysis of internal research data of D Securities Company.It has a positive role in promoting and improving the quality and efficiency of financial technology-based staff training in D Securities Company.At the same time,it has a certain reference value for the training of financial technology-based staff in other traditional financial industries in China.
